On July 8, 09 me, my mom and my sister went fishing. We went to a pond behind my grandma's house. I went off looking for frogs and tadpoles with my sister and my mom started fishing. My mom was bringing in small fish like crazy! So me and my sister started fishing to. My mom needed to get something so she handed me her Fishing pole. The fishing pole had a small fish on the end of the line. I let the fish swim around until the fish started to get scared. when it darted one way I would steer it the other direction. All the sudden the line went slack and then a huge bass started pulling. Now my mom was at my side watching to see just how big it was. My sister grabbed a net because we had caught many bass before but most of them broke the line. When we finally got it up onto the shore we realized this was the biggest bass we had ever caught in the pond behind our grandma's house. After all that excitement I went back to looking for frogs and tadpoles. In this one spot I noticed either fish or tadpoles were coming up for air. I swiped my net through the water but only caught babe sunfish and bluegills. I did it again and I found tadpoles!!!!!! We brought them home and put them in a container. Today I switched them to an aquarium.
